I'm a freelance writer and editor/proofreader from Australia, but currently travelling through Thailand with no plans and no plane ticket home.
I'm a food writer in Australia and when travelling, my days revolve around meals: maybe creamy fried eggs and papaya for breakfast, a spicy red curry for lunch from a little street vendor and a whole fish for dinner - all crisp and crunchy on the outside and white and delicate inside.
As well as travel and food, I also enjoy writing about people and their stories, the environment, health (mental, physical and spiritual), politics and the arts. And grammar. 'Snore,' you say?
